These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at qualifyforccwpermit.com (the "Site") and the application preparation services offered by Qualify For CCW Permit LLC (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase any service. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. Description of Service
Qualify For CCW Permit provides administrative assistance for the preparation and organization of Non-Resident Concealed Carry Weapon ("CCW") permit applications. We do not issue CCW permits. Permits are issued solely by the applicable state or issuing authority after the applicant submits a complete application package and satisfies all legal requirements. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by purchasing or using our services.
3. No Guarantee of Approval or Reciprocity
Approval of any CCW permit application is entirely at the discretion of the issuing authority and is not guaranteed by Qualify For CCW Permit. We make no representation or warranty regarding whether any resulting permit will be recognized by any particular state, jurisdiction, or agency. You are solely responsible for verifying the reciprocity status of any permit in the state(s) in which you intend to carry.
4. Purchase, Payment, and Billing Descriptor
All purchases are processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store full card details on our servers. Transactions on this Site are single, one-time purchases — we do not auto-enroll customers in recurring subscriptions. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from qualifyforccwpermit.com. 5. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by emailing hi@qualifyforccwpermit.com with your order number. If a refund is issued, the associated application preparation services and portal access are void and terminated. Refunds cannot be issued for services that have been substantially performed or delivered. Training materials, digital content, and gift portal access are non-refundable once accessed.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in connection with your application. You are solely responsible for (a) reviewing all information before signing any paperwork, (b) disclosing any legally required information to the issuing authority, (c) submitting the completed application package as instructed, and (d) complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site or our services to: (a) engage in any unlawful activity; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (c) impersonate another person; (d) scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any portion of the Site; (e) interfere with the security or integrity of the Site; or (f) resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute our services without written authorization.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the Site are the property of Qualify For CCW Permit LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with our services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT ANY APPLICATION PREPARED WILL RESULT IN PERMIT ISSUANCE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUALIFY FOR CCW PERMIT LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qualify For CCW Permit LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site or services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Maricopa County, Arizona. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to hi@qualifyforccwpermit.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to Section 12, any legal action that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
14. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
